From Airport to Taichung

From Taoyuan Internation Airport

1. By Taiwan High-Speed Rail

   Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT to Taoyuan High-Speed Rail (HSR) Station (or Taipei Main Station) and take the HSR train to Taichung Station.

2. By Taiwan Railway

   Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT to Taipei Main Station and take the train to Taichung Station

3. By Highway bus

   After arriving at the airport, take the 1860 bus by Kuo-Kuang Motor Transporation (國光客運) to Taichung. The bus runs every half of an hour, and takes about 1.5-2 hours to arrive in Taichung main station.

From Taipei Songshan Airport

1. By Taiwan High-Speed Rail or Taiwan Railway

   Take the Taipei MRT Brown line (Wenhu Line) to Zhungxiao Fuxing Station and transfer to Blue Line (Bannan Line) to Taipei Main Station and take the HSR or train to Taichung Station.

2. By Highway bus

   Take the Taipei MRT Brown line (Wenhu Line) to Zhungxiao Fuxing Station and transfer to Blue Line (Bannan Line) to Taipei Main Station. Then walk to Taipei Bus Station and take the 1826 or 1827 bus by Kuo-Kuang Motor Transporation (國光客運) to Taichung.

From Kaohsiung International Airport

1. By Taiwan High-Speed Rail

   Take the Kaohsiung MRT Red Line to Zuoying Station (R16) and take the HSR train to Taichung Station.

2. By Taiwan Railway

   Take the Kaohsiung MRT Red Line to Kaohsiung Main Station (R11) and take the train to Taichung Station.

3. By Highway bus

   Take the Kaohsiung MRT Red Line to Kaohsiung Main Station (R11), then take walk to Kuo-Kuang Motor Transporation (國光客運) and transfer to Taichung Station.

From Taichung Airport

1. By Bus

   Take bus No.9 and No.115 to Taichung Train Station.

From Taichung Station (HSR / Train / Bus) to NCHU

From Taichung HSR Station

1. By Bus

   Go to Exit 6 to take No. 158 bus (Chuan-Han Tourism) and it takes 50 minutes from the THSR station to NCHU.

2. By Taxi

   It takes 15-20 minutes from the THSR station to NCHU, and the fare is NT$250-NT$280.

From Taichung Station (Train / Bus)

1. By Bus

   The boarding station is across Taichung Train Station. The fare is around NT$20. You may take city buses No.33 (Taichung Bus), No.35 (Taichung Bus) and No. 73 (Ubus). It takes 10-15 minutes

2. By Taxi

   It takes 5-10 minutes from the train station to NCHU, and the fare is around NT$100-NT$120.
