Refund and Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be received in writing by May 31, 2020. There are no refunds after this date. Email address: ocpa2020@nchu.edu.tw; ocpa2020@gmail.com.
After you pay and apply within 10 days, the cancellation fee is $0. After 10 days of the payment, the cancellation will be charged 5% operation fee.
