Building on the great success of the 1st Asian Workshop on Molecular Spectroscopy held in Kyoto, Japan in May 20, 2017, we will be holding the 2nd Asian Workshop on Molecular Spectroscopy in Taoyuan, Taiwan on March 9 and 10, 2018. Following the spirit of the 1st meeting we welcome all presenters to present oral presentations. We especially encourage young researchers in the field to present their newest research and interact with fellow researchers from all over the world. The themes that we intend to cover in this meeting are as follows: spectroscopy in gas phase, spectroscopy of condensed phase/solid, application of spectroscopy to dynamics, new spectroscopic techniques, precision measurement, theoretical analysis and so on. In view of the spirit of this workshop, we would like to give students or younger scientists the opportunity to present their work. Therefore we may reject multiple presentation by one presenter

With the interaction between researchers from different themes, we hope to exchange research ideas and enrich collaborations. We take this opportunity to encourage interested researchers to participate in this workshop.
