As restricted by the COVID-19 pandemic especially delta variant, we learn that any foreign or local passenger passing the airport custom must be quarantined for two weeks even until Oct. We can’t help but decide the ASIANALYSIS XV must proceed on-line for all the invited speakers. I am very sorry we have postponed twice in hope to host a conference to allow everybody can meet with each other, but we fail. Even through, we are confident to organize a high quality on-line conference from Oct. 16 (Sat) to Oct. 18 (Mon noon), 2021.
