From Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport to NTUST

Taking a taxicab is the most prompt way to arrive at NTUST and your hotel. You can easily get a cab when you walk out the Arrival Hall of both Terminal 1 and 2 (please see the terminal maps). The fare for arriving at NTUST campus is about 1,200-1,300 NTD (about $38 USD or €32 EURO). The transportation takes about 50 to 70 minutes depending on the traffic condition. Most of the taxicab drivers at airport can communicate in simple English. Just in case, you may show the notes in the following link for asking your driver to take you to the right place.

By Bus + Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) + walk
You can purchase a bus ticket for Kuokuang Line (1819 Line) heading to Taipei Railway Station (or Taipei main station). The fare is NTD $125/adult and approximate traveling time is 55 minutes. Take off the bus at the final stop, Taipei Railway Station and then look for the sign of Taipei MRT. Please take MRT at Taipei main station heading to Chiang Kai-Shek memorial hall (red line, final station is Xiangshan) and then swap to the green line heading to Gongguan Station (final station is Xindian). MRT trip will cost NTD $20 and about 12 min. When you leave MRT Gongguan station exit 2, please make a left and walk about 400 m and you will meet Keelung road. Make a left again and walk for another 300 m, you can see NTUST campus on across of Keelung road.
By Taoyuan Airport MRT + Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) + walk
You can chose Taoyuan Airport MRT from Airport Terminal 1 Station (A12) or Airport Terminal 1 Station (A13) to Taipei Main Station (A1) by the express train. The fare is NTD $160/adult and approximate traveling time is 40 minutes. Take off the MRT at the final stop, Taipei Main Station and then look for the sign of Taipei MRT. Please take MRT at Taipei main station heading to Chiang Kai-Shek memorial hall (red line, final station is Xiangshan) and then swap to the green line heading to Gongguan Station (final station is Xindian). Transfer from Taipei Songshan Airport to NTUST
Participants may arrive at Taiwan via Taipei Songshan Airport, which is handling the national flights in Taiwan and also some international flights from China, Japan, and Korea. To arrive at NTUST, you can simply walk out the airport arriving hall and get a taxicab with the aid of Chinese Guide. Or you can look for the sign of Taipei MRT and then take the brown line heading to Nanjing Fuxing station (final station is Taipei Zoo). At Nanjing Fuxing station, swap to green line heading to Gongguan Station (final station is Xindian). MRT trip will cost NTD $30 and about 35 min. When you leave MRT Gongguan station exit 2, please make a left and walk about 400 m and you will meet Keelung road. Make a left again and walk for another 300 m, you can see NTUST campus on across of Keelung road.
